Following years of raising her children and contributing to her family’s business, Michele embarked on a journey to pursue her passion for health and wellness. However, just before completing her coaching certification program, she was confronted with her husband’s betrayal, shattering her perception of her life.

Michele’s own experience of betrayal deeply affected her physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Committed to supporting other women on similar paths, she strives to assure them that they are not alone in their struggles. Michele aims to validate their experiences, reassure them that their feelings are valid, and offer support to navigate the challenges ahead, empowering them to move forward.

Michele is joined by her husband Tom who chose recovery. Together, they chose a new life. Michele facilitates groups for betrayed wives while Tom facilitates groups for men moving through recovery. Together, they also offer coaching for individuals and couples.

In 2019, Michele and Tom organized the Come to the Table Conference at Faith Bible Church in order to bring awareness to the epidemic of pornography, sexual addiction, and intimacy anorexia. The Come to the Table Conference hosted international speakers including Dr. Doug Weiss of the Heart to Heart Counseling Center and Tray and Melody Lovvorn of Undone Redone.

Michele and Tom have appeared on WAVA radio 105.1 FM/Good News for the City in Washington, DC and Undone Redone. Together, Michele and Tom have also organized movie nights at their community theater, showing the films “Married & Alone” and “Intimacy Anorexia.”

Michele is passionate about creating hope, breaking the silence and stigma of betrayal, and spreading the message that nutrition comes in many different forms. Michele has embraced her new life in southern Maryland, and she loves jet skiing, eating blue crabs, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.
